Hi, I’m Linda Santana Arroyo, a Certified Life Coach—but I like to call myself a Rest Coach. I help people slow down, recharge, and rediscover their strength before burnout hits.

As a wife, mom, teacher, author, speaker, and caregiver to my adult daughter with a disability (and yes, a proud fur mom too!), I know what it feels like to be overworked and overwhelmed. That’s why I created the Rest Quest—a personalized journey toward renewal in every area of life: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.

I call my clients Rest Questers—people ready to build resilience, find balance, and walk through life refreshed and revitalized.
